App for healthcare professionals to exchange shifts with colleagues from the same team in 3 different ways:

1. Requesting a replacement so that someone in the group shows interest;
2. Passing the shift to a specific team member;
3. Swapping a shift as long as you pick one back up.

Additionally:

• Manage your schedule and be reminded of personal appointments when offering to take a shift.
• See who is on duty on the teams you are part of.
• View reports of hours worked or planned.
• Check-in/check-out by communicating your arrival and departure via QR code or GPS.
